42ft 2009 Cherokee 40DL by Forest River. It is a beautiful 2 bedroom travel trailer that will have you feeling that you are in a real home! Extra-high ceilings trick you out of believing you are in a trailer, and they allow for 2 large lofts above the front and back bedroom. A ladder climbs to the front loft, while stairs lead up to back loft (we used it as a toy room–and our kids loved it). Great for LARGE amounts of storage, and it’s also spacious enough space to blow up an air mattress for visiting guests!

The front bedroom has kind-size bed, tons of cabinetry and drawers, and even a half bathroom! Bed has standard storage underneath, with access door available from outside. Back bedroom features a very comfortable jack knife sofa, an overhanging bunk that can be folded up (with faux cabinetry when folded up), and a large entertainment center on the opposite side with a full-size bed above it. Small ladder leads to that top “bunk”, and there are many drawers to handle your storage needs.

Full bathroom near back bedroom has a half bathtub (larger than typical trailer bathtubs), with extra-tall ceilings featuring a skylight above the tub. The bathroom also has a “Fantastic Fan” which turns on with an easy switch near the bathroom entrance. Bathroom is roomy enough for a large laundry bin, or to add additional storage shelves.

The kitchen features a full-size fridge with large cabinet space above. Counter has a double sink, typical gas stove and oven, and heated water via gas or electric power-your choice.

Kitchen seating features a large U-shaped booth- the table folds down into a full size bed (with storage underneath), or it can also be removed to create more couch-like seating. The couch is a hide-a-bed. Skylights run above entire booth/couch section. All windows have day and night shades (you choose which you would like throughout the day).

Flat-screen TV is installed above glass siding door entrance, with built-in DVD/CD/Media player and sound system that is accessible just off the kitchen. Washer/Dryer combo is installed in cabinet under stairs (put your wash in–and when you get home–it will have been washed AND dried)!

Trailer features 2 pop-outs–1 in the back bedroom, and another very large pop-out that runs the whole distance from the bottom of the stairs through the entirety of the King Size Bed in the front bedroom.

Trailer comes with 6 year warranty that I will transfer to the buyer. This warranties everything that comes in the trailer (i.e. If your DVD player fails, you can send it back, and they will send you a replacement), and even includes services provided to a large extent.

We just purchased this in May 2009, and have absolutely LOVED it. But, moving circumstances have caused us to need to sell it. If this trailer is not sold very soon, we will haul is to the lower-48 for resale, so don’t wait to show interest!
